It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Scoggins (Stanton, Texas), born in Abilene, Texas, who passed away on December 11, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Presley and Winfred Presley; her brother Bobby; and her son Roger. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Beckman of Nevada, Missouri and Leroy Scoggins of Stanton; her siblings, Herschel Presley of Arlington and LaVerne McCarthy of Orlando, Florida; and her grandchildren, Kyle Beckman, Jimmy Beckman of Nevada, Phillip Scoggins of Midland and Stephanie Scoggins of Stanton. She is also survived by six great-granddaughters; a great-grandson; and a great-great-grandson.
