He was predeceased by: his parents, Frankie Kreis and Ellen Kreis; and his daughter Melissa Couch. He is survived by: his significant other Sherrie Kreis; his daughter Shasta Bryan (Chris Bryan); his grandchildren, Brayden and Colt Bryan; his great grandchild Shante Ezell (Micheal Ezell); and also, Katelyn, Kameron Ezell and Stephanie (Lionel Luster) of Bridgeport.
