He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Mulkey and Effie Mulkey; his wife Mary Mulkey; and his sister Ellen Means. He is survived by: his children, Diane Rust, Darryl Mulkey (Lydia) and Danny Mulkey; his brother Lee Mulkey (Patsy); his niece Adis Means; his nephews, Steve Mulkey, Scott Mulkey and Tommy Mulkey; and his grandchildren, Andrew Mulkey, Craig Hunt, Skyler Mulkey, Samantha Saenz, Brittiney Gomez Edwards, Alyson Masterson, Kayla Rust, Mary Kaschak, Noel Rosales and Amanda Kashak. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, and Buddy, his grand dog.
