He was predeceased by: his mother Peggy Shirley Mayhaw Hampton. He is survived by: his father William Mayhaw of Stamford Lake; his daughter Tonette Uzzell (Joshua) of Ft. Worth, TX; his siblings, Sharon Williams, Levelland, Carla Morales, Mesquite, Billy Mayhaw and Lewisville; his nieces and nephews, Cameron Mayhaw, Brent Williams, Kaylee Williams, Mitchell Williams and Evan Mayhaw; and also Dawn Mayhaw.
