She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Burdette and Dovie Burdette (Trussell); her husband Jack Leonard Smith; her sons, Hank and Lanny Smith; her siblings, Bonnie Moorefield, Melissa Darlene Howell, Foy Allen Burdette and Johnny Mack Burdette; and her great grandchild Jayden James Anderson.
She is survived by: her sister Barbara; her brother-in-law James Hill of Waco, Texas; her sons, Jack Smith Jr. of Stamford, Texas and Rocky; her daughter-in-law Teresa Smith of Avoca, Texas; her daughter Debbie; her son-in-law Larry Leger of Hawley, Texas; and her daughter Lisa Smith of Hawley, Texas. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
