He is survived by: his wife Cho Diers of Stamford, Texas; his children, John Diers of Stamford, Texas, Heidi Diers (Tim Volk) of Plano, Texas and Robin Diers of Houston, Texas; his siblings, John Diers of Lubbock, Thomas Diers of Lubbock and Carol Springer of Florida; and his grandchildren, Kai Volk and Elinor Volk of Plano, Texas. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
