She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Carroll and Stella Carroll (Selke); her husband Bill Waters; her children, Billy Gene Waters, Sandra Waters of Stamford, TX and Bobby Waters of Stamford, TX; and her brothers, Galen Carroll of Abilene, TX, James Carroll of Wichita Falls, TX, George Carroll of Stockton, CA and Jessie Carroll of Abilene, TX. She was also cherished by 2 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
