He was predeceased by: his parents, J. M. Blackwell and Emma Blackwell (Nauert); and his brother Claude Balckwell. He is survived by: his wife Veta Blackwell of Stamford, TX; his children, Melissa Fox of Stamford, TX and Randall Alexander of Brazoria, TX.; his grandchildren, Ashley Bell (Jacob), Branson Lindsey (Kristen Clark), Brinley Bowen, Ronald Alexander, Coen Alexander and Grady Alexander; and his great grandchildren, Cooper and Maddie Bell.
