He is survived by: his parents, Mary "Terry" Lopez and Guadalupe Alvarado Sr.; his daughters, Amaya and Amalya Alvarado; his siblings, John Louis Alvarado and Crystal Amanda Lopez; his uncles, John Lopez and Henry Lopez Jr.; his niece Lilly Ibarra; and his nephews, Luis Ibarra Jr. and Daniel Espinoza.
