She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles C Toney and Otha Toney (Garrett); and her husband Walter Lee Bell. She is survived by: her son Tracy Bell of Stamford; her grandson Chris; and her great grandchildren, Garryn of Stamford, Gatlyn of Stamford, Cooper of Stamford and Madlyn of Stamford.
