He is survived by: his wife Ortencia Acosta of Stamford; his daughter Marie; his son-in-law Henry Jimenez of Stamford; his daughters, Linda Acosta of Stamford and Susan; his son-in-law Eddie Perez of Stamford; his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Jason Hickman of Stamford; his children, Tessie Tejeda of Stamford, Angelysea Zarate of San Angelo, Avril Zarape of San Angelo, Destiny Martin of San Angelo, Alfred Avila of Knox City and Alex; his daughter-in-law Shawnee Lough of Burleson; his brothers, Ernest Acosta, Gary Acosta and Richard; his sister-in-law Stephanie Acosta; his siblings, Norman Acosta, David Acosta, Robert Acosta, Chris Acosta, Teresa Acosta, Cindy Acosta, Sandra Rodriquez and Leslie Cavazos; his stepfather Joe Perez of Stamford; and his pet Wally. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
