With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roberta Ann Randall Philips of Stafford, Texas, who passed away on June 21, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark C. Randall, Jr. and Brooksie Carr Randall; and her husband Jay Philips. She is survived by: her sisters, Carolyn Wight (David) and Martha Glass; her nephews, Mark Brassell (Jenny), Matt Brassell (Janet) and Dave Wight; and her niece Sharon Wight Wright. She is also survived by 5 great nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and cherished friends.
