We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2021, at the age of 70, Penelope Rhodes of Stafford, Texas, born in Freeport, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack David Rhodes and Patti Reba Kay. She is survived by: her siblings, Sondra Perez (Cipry) of Crosby, Debbie Hardy (Gordon) of Rosharon and David Rhodes (Vickie) of West Columbia; and her close friends, Roy Malone of Stafford, Elvis and Skippy. She is also survived by numerous cousins and treasured nieces, nephews and friends.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to your local SPCA in Penny's name.
