She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Carrillo and Maria Carrillo; her daughter Melissa Cruz; and her siblings, Angelita Villabos and Elias Carrillo, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Juan Francisco Cruz; her children, John Cruz (Yanira), Martin F. Cruz, Elias Cruz (Irene), Chris Cruz (Angela), Melanie Cruz Narvaez (Ginovevo), Elaine Cruz and Dora Lynn Cruz; and her sisters, Lidia Stickland, Dominga Velasco, Sandy Ramirez, Janie Escobedo, Irma Torres and Mary Helen Marin. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
