He was predeceased by: his brother Roy Hernandez Alaniz; and his grandparents, Rojelia, Pedro G. Ramirez and Antonia Tamez Alaniz. He is survived by: his parents, Bert (Sylvia Alaniz) and Yolanda Alaniz; his son Marc Andrew Alaniz; his brother Ronald Lee Alaniz (Madeline); his nephews, Ronnie and Ryan; his great-niece Zoe Alaniz; and his great-nephews, Levi and Ryan Luis Alaniz. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and many great friends.
