She was predeceased by: her father Rodolfo Alberto Guerrero Declementi. She is survived by: her mother Silvia Antonieta Hernandez Fonseca; her husband Juan; her daughter Hailey; her siblings, Gabriela and Rudy; her nieces and nephews, Alec, Andy, Julian, Lucia, Ana Sofia and Navaeh; and her siblings-in-law, Audrey and Luis. She is also survived by cousins and other family members.

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Earthman Southwest Funeral Home (12555 S Kirkwood Rd, Stafford, TX 77477).

Laura practiced kindness but not at the expense of calling out those who were cruel or contemptuous of charity and compassion.
