“My sincere condolences to your family and loved ones. Jeff was a very charming guy. I had the pleasure of meeting him nearly 38 years ago. I was so lucky to have been in contact with him again because of the daughter we share who found him through DNA. If it wasn't for this pandemic I know he would have for certain met his oldest daughter... And he might have met his 3 grandchildren. I know that he really wanted to come visit Arizona. I am going to really miss him so much.”
