Smith, Sr. and Jessie Tharp Smith; his wife Sophie Cmakal Smith; his son Larry Lee Smith; his stepson Kenneth Parker; his son-in-law Grady LeBlanc; his siblings, Wanda Jo Smith, Lloyd "Shorty" Smith, Lois Copeland Winstead and Mary Lee Phillips; and his grandson Saul Thomas LeBlanc.
He is survived by: his children, David W. "Pete" Smith (Dorothy) and Shirley LeBlanc Greive (Maxie); and his sisters, Peggy Wright and Linda Leverette (Tommy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.
