He is survived by: his children, Kathy Smink (Bradley) of Richmond and Anthony Valchar Jr. of Stafford; his siblings, Anna Svrcek (Richard) of El Campo, Victor Valchar, Jr. (Shirley) of El Campo and Raymond Valchar of Palacios; and his grandchildren, Kiley and Christian Smink.
