She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sam Roe and Dorothy Roe; her husband Thomas Bell; and her siblings, David Roe (Patsy) and Monica Roe. She was also cherished by her numerous nieces and nephews, as well as extended family, church family, and friends.
