He is survived by: his mother Laura Ladell Haverly Spurlock (John Turner) of Silsbee; his daughters, Lauren Rose Spurlock and Kaylynn Cheyenne Spurlock of Spurger, TX; and his brothers, Britton M. Spurlock Jr. (Rhonda) of Silsbee, TX, Bryan Ernest "Bo" Spurlock (Selena) of Silsbee, TX and Harley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
