She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse James Smith and Billie Sue O'Fallin Smith; and her brothers, Ronnie Joe Smith and Kenny Ray Smith. She is survived by: her children, Donna Kay Jordan, Candy Denise Cordova (Frank) and Kristiny Danielle Breaux (Justin); her grandchildren, Shawn, Damon, Cody, Isaiah, Jade, Brooke, Bradley, Jessica and Elizabeth; her great grandchildren, Mikaela, Tripp, Miller, Alexa, Aireona, Adaline and River; and her sister Linda Diane Packer. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
