He is survived by: his son Heath Wesley Givens; his wife Lucinda Givens of Spur; his daughter Kandice Bell (Warren Bell) of Leander; his grandchildren, Appolynne, Ashton Bell of Leander, Madison and Weslyn Givens of Spur; and his brother Mickey Givens (Kermit Woolley).
