It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nora Deaton (Spur, Texas), born in Greenville, Texas, who passed away on November 30, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wilbur Summers and Margaret Ann Summers; her husband George Vestal Deaton; her son Rusty Deaton (Tammy) of Lake Kiowa, TX; and her granddaughters, Kaitlyn Deaton of New Braunfels, TX and Kristyn Deaton of Plainview, TX. She was also cherished by extended family members and friends.
Memorial donations in honor of Nora can be made to the First Baptist Church, Paducah, TX.
