It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lila Phelps (Spur, Texas), born in Pratt, Kansas, who passed away on June 16, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Perry Watson; and her children, Katherine S. Mosely, Lori Getzinger, Robert D. Phelps, Richard L. Phelps, David W. Phelps and Linda J. Croddy. She was also cherished by many Grandchildren and Great grandchildren.
