She was predeceased by: her parents, Rada Boothe and John Boothe; her husband Charles Sonnamaker; her sister Grace Thomason; and her son-in-law Bo Cornett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherri Cornett (Rusty Swan) of Lubbock and Cindi (Greg Taylor) of Spur; her niece Annette Evers; and her nephew Ken Starcher. She is also survived by granddaughter and three great-granddaughters, one special great-niece and two great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Zapata Funeral Home (602 Burlington Ave, Spur, TX 79370). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Spur Methodist Church (528 Burlington Ave, Spur, TX 79370). A burial was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Spur Cemetery.
