It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Kenneth May of Spur, Texas, born in Noble, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Oscar and Edith Elizabeth May; his significant others, Italian and Doris Arami May; his siblings, Leon May, Burnice May, Ray May, Merle May, Marvin May, Archie May, Ralph May, Juil May and Ida May; his stepgrandson Brian Wayland; his nephew Raegan May; and his niece Marilyn May.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin May of San Diego, Brian May of San Angelo, Bernadette May Vondemkamp (Tim) and Mary May Wayland; his granddaughters, Morgan May Christo of San Angelo and Mackenzie May Holik of San Angelo; his stepgrandchildren, Calli Hicks (family: Jackie Boos) of Jilliby and Hannah Ruth; his great grandchildren, Hunter Christo, Caroline Christo, Julianne Holik and Blaire Holik; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Canyon Hicks, Everest Hicks, Dune Hicks, Ethan Boos, Alex Boos, Juliet Boos, Calvin Petersen, Eli Wayland, Cyndi Wayland, Logan Wayland and Preston Wayland; and his son-in-law Larry Wayland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
