He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Taylor; his children, Donald Taylor (Crystal Hammonds), Michael Taylor (Samantha Taylor), John Taylor (Ana Taylor), Monique Taylor (Nikki), Lino Najera and Shannon Whitefield (Dakotah Whitefield); his grandchildren, Kayden Taylor, Bryson Taylor, Karsen Taylor, Kensley Taylor, Zabdy Najera, Peyton Taylor, Corbyn Taylor, Taylor Taylor, Mason Taylor, Taven Whitefield, Macie Taylor, Karley Whitefield, Autumn Taylor, Aven Islas, Amiyah Whitefield, Samuel Whitefield, Avery Taylor and Brecklyn Taylor; his parents, John Taylor and Shirley Taylor; and his siblings, Dennis Taylor, Mark Taylor and Chrystal Taylor.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Zapata Funeral Home (602 Burlington Ave, Spur, TX 79370). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Freedom Church (412 E Hill St, Spur, TX 79370). A burial was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at the Donald Taylor Family Cemetery (881 Co Rd 482, Texas 79370).
