He was predeceased by: his father Otho Woolsey. He is survived by: his mother Minnie Woolsey (Brown); his daughters, Dusti Diggs (Paul) and Sandy Adams (Tim); his siblings, Leroy, David, Loyd Woolsey (Jerry), Kathleen McIntire (Eddie) and Coleen Stare (Tom); and his grandchildren, Dakota, Jeremiah and Jared. He is also survived by great grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
