Thomas Frederick Durett Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2025, at the age of 72, Thomas Frederick Durett of Springtown, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Marcus Durrett and Joann Durrett. He is survived by: his wife Janie Durrett of Springtown; his children, Thomas Frederick Durrett, Jr. (Shawnn) of Weatherford and Stephanie Copeland (Joseph) of Boyd; his grandchildren, Gavin, Gabrielle, Shelby, Blake, Hayden and Kyleigh; and his great grandchildren, Willow and Grace. He is also survived by extended family members and a host of friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rhome Church of Christ (170 W 1st St, Rhome, TX 76078). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 2:15 PM to 2:45 PM at the Aurora Cemetery (507 Cemetery Rd, Aurora, TX 76078).
