He was predeceased by: his father Judge N. Weaver, Sr. Weaver; his wife Edna Joan Weaver (Wagner); his son Samuel Weaver; and his siblings, Leora, Jewell and Tom.
He is survived by: his children, Jana Stull, Lea Bearry and Kevin Weaver; and his siblings, Erma Alexander and Gene Weaver (Deborah). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and extended family.
