He was predeceased by: his father A. D. Garner. He is survived by: his mother Wathena Garner; his siblings, Bobby Joe Garner and Cynthia Marie Garner; and his nephews, Bobby Garner (Coutney) and Chance Garner (Sarah). He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews and extended family.
