She is survived by: her husband Billy C. Splawn; her children, Traci Pelaez, Cindy Weurdig (Arthur) and Paul Hart (Amy); her stepdaughters, Belinda Welch (Randy) and Brenda Fry (Jimmy); and her siblings, AB Blair (Roberta), AC Blair (JoEllen), Alton Blair (LaDonna), Steve Blair and Peggy Naud. She is also survived by extended family and many friends.
