He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Greenwade and Hazel Mayfield (Kirby); and his wife Linda Mayfield. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Christopher Mayfield (Rachel), Fredrick Lynn Mayfield (Joyce), Misty Diane Timmons (Randy) and Patrica Salinas; his sister Virginia Witt; and his grandchildren, Mckenna, Easton, Jazmyn, Chaden, Jeremey, Waylon, Tim, Katie and Emily. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.
