He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pruitt and Edna Hughes; and his wife Marguerite Bostwick. He is survived by: his children, Angela Hodge, Crystal Brieto, Charles Weldon and Joshua Mathew; his siblings, Weldon Pruitt and Brenda Pitchford; and his aunt Bessie Pruitt. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, and adopted children.
