She was predeceased by: her parents, James Koontz and Alice Koontz (Trenter). She is survived by: her husband James Michael Osborne of Springtown; her children, Kim Perkins (Alan), Tim Groff (Genifer), Mike Groff (Alicia), Robert Groff (Amanda), John Osborne (Anna), Charlene Heath (Craig) and Natalie Hamon; and her brother Warren Koontz. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
