He is survived by: his children, Joe (Kim Berlin), Melisa (Alex Lawrence) and Paige (Tracy Slate); his wife Christy Lacy Berlin; his siblings, Wes (Dorothy Berlin) and Carol Piatt; his grandchildren, Blake Sanders, Shaylee Slate, Tayler, Emily, Jackson Berlin and Alex Lawrence, Jr.; and his mother-in-law Nancy Lacy.
