He is survived by: his mother Peggy Smith (Wester); his wife Sheri Smith; his daughters, Shayna Phinney (Jacob), Madison Smith, Dustyn Potter, Brookelyn Smith and Avery Smith; his sisters, Leisa Samsill (Tim) and Jolynda York; and his grandchildren, Kynleigh, Makenzi, Ezekiel, Haylie and Brixlyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
