James Larson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Larson (Springtown, Texas), born in Dalhart, Texas, who passed away on January 22, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon McCoy Cook; his nephew Kyle Gonzales; and his niece Jessika Cryer. He is survived by: his husband Tracy Poe; his daughters, Alisha Larson (Daryl Mills) and Rosemary Larson (Hector Saez); his father James Richard Williamson; his sister Janna Rae Lair (Steve); his grandchildren, Daryl, Marcus, Jadyan, Christian, Jessika, Jovani and Caillou; his nephews, Jacob Gonzales (Jennifer Iwasko Gonzales) and Jeremy Cryer; his niece Rebecca Gonzales; and his siblings-in-law, Stephen Poe (Kathryn) and Kathy Poe McWhorter (Wayne). He is also survived by his family, especially his children and grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Celebration Community Church (908 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104).
