She is survived by: her children, Rachel Smith (Thomas) and Lyle Wilson; her siblings, Jacqueline Thompson, Donna Mauldin (Phillip) and Ralph Thompson (Annette); and her grandchildren, Christian, Cassandra, Colby and Cohen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
