He is survived by: his wife Denice; his children, John (Irvin), Michael (Patty), Chris (Lori), Jason (Randi), Shawn (Diane Spangler), Shannon Spangler of Mineral Wells, Texas and Katherine Spangler of Mineral Wells, Texas; his sister Debra Willis of Southlake, Texas; and his close friends, Eddie and Angie Paxston. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
