Jack, III of Weatherford, James David Jack of Azle, Larry Duane Jack of Springtown, Paul Edward Jack of Oklahoma, Dorothy Ruth Thompson of Springtown and Timothy Matthew Jack of Weatherford. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
