She was predeceased by: her parents, Lessie O'Neal and Willie O'Neal; her husband Arvil Sullivan; her daughter Pamela J. Kasper; her siblings, Everett O'Neal and Marjorie Ritchie; and her grandson Trevor Sullivan.

She is survived by: her children, Troy L. Sullivan and Katherine Bidot; her siblings, Patsey Coleman, W. C. "Digger" O'Neal and Bobby Kent O'Neal; and her grandchildren, Troy Jr., Edward, Kristopher, Nikkia, Kenneth and Brandon. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
