He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Etta Williams and Jesse James Springfield; and his wife Mary Ruth Prather. He is survived by: his children, Keith Springfield (Gina) and Nancy Bayouth (Mark); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Dillon, John Mark, Luke and Matthew; his great grandchild Lawson; and his sister Marzella Stephens. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
