He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Will Tom and Anna Bernice Brown (Forkner); his daughter Chelsea Bernice Brown; his wife Janice Brown (Sanders); his godchildren, Charlee and Josh Perry; his siblings, Mary Flowers (Charley) and Tony Brown; and his grandsons, Tyler Baker and Scotty Smith, Jr.. He was also cherished by extended family and friends.
