He was predeceased by: his parents, Elliot and Lula Mea; his brother Lawrence; and his daughter Melinda. He is survived by: his wife Nadine Foretich; his children, Jerry, Lisa and Brandon; his daughter-in-law Diana; his grandchildren, Krystal, Wessley and Jack Henry; and his pet Squirly. He is also survived by his four great-grandchildren.
