He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Jackson and Alice Tackett; and his brother John Tackett. He is survived by: his wife Paula Graham-Tackett of Springtown; his children, Shannell Norris of Springtown, Amanda Graham (Cy Chenault) of White Settlement, Nocona Mundy (Rainer) of Bridgeport, Louie Winters and Carl David Tackett, Jr. of Springtown; and his sisters, Shirley, Mary and Wanda. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
