She is survived by: her daughter Donna; her son-in-law Sammy Teal; her brothers, Max, Clyde and George Rolf; her husband Tommy Stephens; her son Kevin Stephens; her sister Joann Livengood; her grandchildren, Gregg Teal (Tricia), Jaime Butler (Austin), Jacob Stephens and Samuel Teal (Erin); and her great grandchildren, Noah, Alina, Noble, Caroline, Mattie, Caden, Brooklynn and Lilyan.
