He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Wayne "Bud" and Blanche Agnes Coatney Kelley; and his sisters, Sue Jones, Candy Greer, Vivian Kelley and Kathy Briggs (Harry).
He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Kelley (Shayla), Chris Kelley and Dallen Kelley; and his siblings, Phillip Coatney, Buddy Kelley, Tony Kelley (Shannon) and Judy Garrett. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
