He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Henry Hooper Sr. and Elisabeth Hooper (Denham); his siblings, Robert Gould and Barbara Cotrone; and his daughter Jean Hooper-Johnson.

He is survived by: his son Albert Henry Hooper III; and his brother Joe Hooper (Sandy). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
